Dabungool explores the Aboriginal history of Kepa Kurl (Esperance) on Western Australia's south coast. Owner, Annie Dabb first started sharing her Nyungah culture in 2020, leading walks on country around the ancestral lands of her grandfather, Dabangool, after whom she has named the business.

Sharing Wudjari Culture with the World
Kepa Kurl means 'where the waters lay like a boomerang', referencing the many bays along this remote stretch of coastline. During the tours your Wudjari guide's narrative draws on Aboriginal cultural knowledge which has been passed on from one generation to the next for many thousands of years, as visitors are taken on a journey through the history of Wudjari people and their continuous connection to country, the Nuyngah six seasons and cultural Dreaming stories.
